FAQ
Quick answers first.
Most market-day questions live here. If your answer isn't below, the form a bit further down lands in our inbox.
Are People + Produce markets free to attend?
Yes. Both Belleview Station and Thornton are free to walk into. You'll only pay if you buy something from a maker.
Are dogs welcome?
Yes - at both markets. Leashed, please. Plenty of shade and water bowls around.
What if it rains?
Markets run rain or shine. The only exception is a broader event-day safety issue (lightning, severe weather) - we'll post on Instagram and email subscribers if anything changes.
How are Belleview and Thornton different?
Belleview is the Sunday-morning market in the Denver Tech Center, with a brunch-forward feel. Thornton is the Thursday-evening market at Carpenter Park, with the Farm Bar, music, and an after-work pace. Same crew running both - different rhythms.
How does my business become a maker?
Yes - we're always meeting new local makers. Email [email protected] with a short note about what you make and which market you're interested in.
Is parking easy?
At Thornton, free parking on site at Carpenter Park Fields. At Belleview, street parking is free; the lot is free for the first 3 hours, then $1/hr (one-time QR registration).
When do the markets start in 2026?
Belleview Station opens Sunday, May 31. Thornton opens Thursday, June 4. Belleview runs through October 11; Thornton runs through September.
Do you take EBT/SNAP?
Several individual makers do. We're working on a market-wide token program for 2026 - email us if that's important to you and we'll keep you posted.
